Grade 9-12

Secondary students get a comprehensive look at climate science and changing climate through hands-on, critical thinking activities. Activities explore the basics of carbon molecules, the chemistry and behaviors of carbon dioxide, greenhouse gases and the greenhouse effect, the carbon cycle, ocean acidification, and energy consumption as it relates to carbon dioxide.

The kit includes a combination Teacher/Student Guide and all the materials necessary to conduct the activities.
