For our 41st year, NEED student interns and youth staff planned a first ever hybrid offering for school groups who could come safely in person to do so, but also allow for a fun and rewarding opportunity to those who could not. We had student groups join us in Washington, D.C. and online via Zoom to work on hands-on energy challenges in small groups, engage in contests, games, hear from guest speakers and of course, the annual awards ceremony to recognize their hard work.
