Participants will complete several explorations to learn more about the science of energy and energy transformations.

9:50 a.m. Sources of Energy and Electricity Breakout Sessions
Each session has hands-on activities and career connections:

• Electricity Breakout Session
Participants will develop an understanding of the Grid and the future of electrification, and the careers needed for an expansion of electrification in our daily lives.

• Energy Efficiency and Conservation
Participants will explore building science, energy efficiency for home and school, and conservation.

• Energy Resources
Participants will explore energy resources, and the ones used most in Georgia and for generating electricity.

11:45 a.m. Energy Careers in the Round – Participants learn more about careers in energy.

12:30 p.m. Evaluation, Kit Orders, Wrap Up and Thanks
